Mayesh Design Star: Asymmetrical Floating Floral Arch

Written by Yvonne Ashton | June 18, 2020

In this Mayesh Design Star video, Anthony Maslo demonstrates how he creates an enchanted asymmetrical hanging arch. Starting with chicken wire formed into a large sausage form made from chicken wire hanging from the ceiling, Anthony begins creating a base using everyday flowers like baby's breath, carnations, and stock. After, he adds more seasonal flowers to add color and texture to this stunning hanging installation - perfect for a wedding ceremony or photo shoot.

During this video, Anthony also introduces Jennifer Couper from Common Rot. They discuss how you can make an environmental impact by composting your flower waste. Do you compost? Do you take any steps to help move our industry towards being more environmentally friendly? If so, please share your tips in the comments below.

And don't forget to share with us your thoughts on Anthony's newest video in the comments below and keep on scrolling for pictures perfect for pinning along with the materials used for this floral design. Enjoy!!
