For this month's episode, Anthony Maslo walks you through how he decorates a celebration cake perfect for weddings, baby showers, promotions, etc. To start, he lays out the processed flowers on his work table by color. He also ensures that he tapes off all of the stems that will be inserted into the cake to prevent contamination. Another great tip is to be sure to select flowers that will last out of water.
