MDS x Beautiful People: Ceremony Nest

MDS x Beautiful People: Ceremony Nest

In her first video, Jayne Kim of Still Carnations discusses 2022 design trends, and demonstrates how to create & built a ceremony nest - a design she thinks is becoming more popular and taking the place of the more traditional floral arch.

Starting with the mechanics of the base for each of the six pieces that will make up the "nest", Jayne shows us how to build out the larger structural flowers, and then fill in with products to make the design pop. The color palette she selected of blues & yellows is an example of a complimentary palette which she discussed in her trend forecast, as opposed to the more analagous palettes we saw in 2021.
