QUESTIONS
- Amanda, at the start of this crisis, you caught my attention because of how the Tampa event professionals came together immediately to talk about the issues and potential steps to get through this - can you tell us how that went?
- What are some things that you are doing to fill your time right now?
- Have any of you pivoted your business in an attempt to find new revenue streams?
- Contracts - what is the best way to deal with clients and what types of clauses do you recommend to have in your contracts?
- From Danielle: My biggest question concerns rising flower prices after the pandemic passes. Being a wedding florist we quote contractual prices to our customers 12 to 16 months in advance. I am wondering what we can expect as far as wholesale flower prices go in the future. I'm assuming that they are going to increase and my profit margin will drastically decrease. I am not sure that I will be able to continue working in the industry which I love and have been involved in for over 30 years.
