Our very own flower expert, David Dahlson, was our guest for the second time last week! In this episode, David put together a show 'n tell of a selection of our stunning Japanese flowers that are now available! The lineup includes Sweet Peas, Ranunculus, Lisianthus, Cymbidiums, Litsea Cubeba, and Spirea. The season lasts about two and a half months (January through March, maybe April depending on the weather) and allow a 2-week lead time when placing your order. Let us know in the comments below which flower & variety are your favorite!!
Also, just a reminder that last year we had a Japanese Flower Festival. You will find the live replays of our flower showcase along with a flower catalog, a session called "Utilizing Japanese Flowers in Wedding Designs" with Amy Balsters of the Floral Coach, a session called "Minimal Tablescape Design" with Amanda Luu of Studio Mondine, and links to videos from various Japanese flower farms.
