As we continue to emerge from a year of isolation, it is so wonderful to see our customers back to creating and collaborating with one another. Creativity is at an absolute peak after the past year, and it couldn't be more exciting to see what you've all had brewing and now finally have a chance to bring to life.
Today, we're excited to share this gorgeous collaboration by Carol Jillian & Rachel Blaies. Here's a little background from Rachel (the absolutely stunning model in this shoot and florist IRL):
Carol Jillian is a Fashion/Floral Designer based in Austin Texas. She creates beautifully crafted fashion out of living matter. It can take her months to come up with the designs, and then she has to work very efficiently and diligently once she is ready to bring the design to life. Like most Floral Designers, she sees flowers and foliages as another medium. She has been featured in a few publications for her art.
We happened to meet just by chance while I was setting up a wedding, I'm a floral designer myself, owner of Create Floral Design. We were both there helping another florist and the rest, they say, is history. It took over a year for us to finally reconnect and we couldn't be more proud of the results.
