Your Favorite Valentine's Flower Pull

Your Favorite Valentine's Flower Pull

!!UPDATE!! Drumroll, please! After counting all the votes, we have a winner! Our first-ever Mayesh Pull champion, created by our fantastic team at the Mayesh location in Detroit, Michigan, has emerged victorious with a whopping 25% of all the votes! The Detroit pull was #2 in the list.

This gorgeous Mayesh Pull featuring flowers in varying shades of pastel roses, lisianthus, delphinium, sweet peas, scabiosa, tweedia and more was meticulously crafted by our talented sales reps, Brett and Carly. As a recent addition to our team, Carly was deeply inspired by a true fashion icon, and even took the time to share the captivating backstory behind their recipe.

When she was just a junior in college, Jaqueline Kennedy Onasis (then Bouvier) boarded a ship and set sail for a year of study abroad in Paris, France. She later called that “the high point in my life, my happiest and most carefree year.” It was in that year that she developed the high
fashion sense, the quick wit, and the deep intellectualism that would land her in the history books.

More than a decade later, when the now first lady accompanied President Kennedy to France for a diplomatic visit, Jackie’s reputation and popularity overshadowed that of the politicians’. Such was the pop culture fervor regarding her return to France, (along with the frequently criticized volume of luggage she packed with her), her husband remarked, “I am the man who accompanied Jacqueline Kennedy to Paris, and I have enjoyed it.” Her wardrobe, a simple A-line dress, a pillbox hat, medium-heeled pumps, and her hair in a bouffant was reportedly the first fashion look to originate in America that then swept the world.

While Cassini, Chanel, Cybil Connely and a little known dressmaker named Ann Lowe all designed for her, she worked most closely with the French-born American designer Cassini. She was often dressed in muted shades of champagne, yellow, orange, pink, and peach. These colors, the flowers of the French countryside, and the sunrises and sunsets Jackie might have seen from her apartment on Avenue Mozart have all inspired this custom Mayesh Valentine’s Day Pull.

Red roses are SO last season. Encourage your clients to give THEIR First Lady luxury flowers that let her know she's she's as iconic as Jackie O.
