Last year we had the opportunity to attend the Slow Flowers Summit in Minneapolis, and had a wonderful experience connecting with American growers and farmer florists. Debra Prinzing has played a wonderful role in bringing small flower farmers together, and we're excited to be a part of this community and support our local growers. Sustainability is also a pillar of the Slow Flowers movement, which is something we are passionate about working towards and finding ways to improve our practices to become a more sustainable company.
We're thrilled to continue supporting Slow Flowers and are excited to come on board as a sponsor for the 2020 Slow Flowers Summit! With our recent acquisition of Brannan Street Wholesale (now Mayesh Brannan Street) we can't wait for Debra to bring this community to the Bay Area this coming June!
And in case you hadn't heard - we have planned our San Francisco workshop to directly follow the Summit, allowing for the opportunity to attend both in one trip... a one-stop shop for all your Sue Mcleary floral education dreams! Learn more about our workshop here.
