Remember our Design Star video from a few months back when Ashley Rodriguez & Kimber Greenwood created an absolutely EPIC underwater floral shoot? It was pretty unforgettable so chances are you know what I'm talking about. Well - we are so excited that our friends at BloomTV saw that magical video and reached out to Ashley & Kimber to go even bigger, and film a pilot for a potential new underwater series on this new floral streaming network!
In this pilot episode, Ashley, Kimber & their team create a water bottle dress for an underwater photoshoot to help raise awareness around the conservation of the Florida Springs. When asked to describe the concept for this episode, Kimber said: "It's estimated that 1.1 million marine creatures are killed each year by plastic water bottles that wash into our oceans. Brenda wants us to create some visual striking images for the FSC [Florida Springs Council] to use in an awareness campaign. They want us to deliver a series of images that shows not only the stunning beauty of our springs but also eludes to the impact that bottling has upon them."
